Policies
GENERAL
Location: I operate either in Charlottesville, Virginia, or the DC-Maryland-Virginia area. Please contact directly to know in which area I currently am working.
Permissions: Unless specifically requested by client, any photo taken by Ripka's Canon has permission to be posted on the company's website.
Method: I will send all pictures via Adobe Acrobat link within 5 business days.
Payment Forms: I take Cash-App, Apple Pay and cash as forms of payment. Pictures are given after the full price is paid.
Note: Individual sessions typically only take one hour, but group books may take longer depending on the size of your party.
PRICING
Base Price: My rate is $85 per hour. UVA graduates (upon showing valid ID) are only charged $65 per hour for on-Grounds graduation photos!
Studio Sessions: Studio sessions occur an additional $150 dollar fee to cover booking costs.
Deposit: Every session requires a 25% deposit fee due 24 hours prior to the booking. This fee is non-refundable unless I have received notice of cancellation at least 48 hours before the booking.
Timeliness: Please please PLEASE do not be late!!! Any session where the client is over 15 minutes late without at least a 2 hour's notice occurs a $10 late fee for every 15 minutes, and any session where I am over 30 minutes late results in a $10 refund for every 15 minutes! Lateness of over 45 minutes will result in your booking being canceled with no deposit refund.
Travel: Any location more than 40 minutes away from Woodbridge, Virginia occurs a $10 fee to cover travel expenses. This policy does not apply for Charlottesville bookings.
